The intention of the hop character is to be pronounced but not all encompassing, dry but not overtly bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness to add body. Its one of the most expensive of the Salopian beers to brew as it relies heavily on expensive hops from the US.

New England American IPA

Pale Ale + Big Body + Mosaic Hops

Brewed with Vienna Malt and Oats, an unusual mouth filling malt base. Hopped with beautiful Mosaic hops, renowned for their tropical fruit beauty. It is unfined, and so naturally hazy. A moreish bitterness is complimented by tropical fruit tastiness.

Lord Marples is surprisingly smooth with light toffee and caramel characters, a mixture of floral and spicy hop notes and a pleasing bitter finish.

Portland Black is a rich, velvety dark porter. Subtle smoke, chocolate and iced coffee flavours from roasted malts are topped off with a distinctly vanilla aroma.

An extremely clean-drinking pale golden ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops. This beer is full-bodied and full-flavoured yet gentle enough to make it a favourite session beer.

Characterised by floral, fruity, citrus-like, piney, resinous American hops, this American pale ale is a medium-bodied beer with low to medium caramel, and carries with it a toasted maltiness.

A beautiful hazy Vermont Session IPA. We generously dry hop with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops, creating a hugely aromatic and juicy fruit bomb.
