One of our favourites, unfortunately it never lasts long enough!!!!

An intensely dry and bitter beer loaded with citrusy hops. Hops: Summit, Simcoe and Chinook

Malted barley. Dry and light-bodied to better showcase the individuality of the hops in both aroma and flavour. A basic recipe is followed, with each batch utilising different hop varieties from around the world based on seasonality, availability, and the whims of the brewer.

Its been quite the challenge to get hold of this iconic ale but we finally did it, and hopefully should be on our trad beer pump rotation from now on!

Brewed with Pale Ale malt and First Gold hops, Broadside is a dark ruby red beer rich in fruitcake aromas, almonds and conserved fruit.

Brewed to commemorate the fierce Battle of Sole Bay fought against the Dutch Republic in 1672 off the Southwold coast, it has enjoyed a meteoric rise to fame. Adnams Broadside is a fine heart-warming English beer, rich in flavours of malt and hops and enjoying a special place in our hearts.

West Coast IPA

The Mosaic hop variety was released in 2012 after a successful crossing of two hop varieties called Simcoe and Nugget which captured the best of these varieties to provide clean bitterness and outstanding flavours and aromas. Mosaic hops are similar to Citra, but has an even more intense flavour.

Full flavoured session pale ale, brewed with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops.

Harlequin. Another first time for us at QB. A relatively new, highly rated hop that comes recommended by our peers and beer lovers alike. This English hop boasts notes of Passion Fruit, Peach and Pineapple.

The latest in our ‘Suspended in…’ Series is the return of Sabro! This was a huge hit when we first tried it out so we jumped at the chance to give it another go. There’s a beautiful pineapple note on the aroma, with just a touch of lemongrass and lime. Delicate sweetness rounds out a truly enjoyable beer.
