Expect a fruit salad flavour with bold notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, pineapple and mango.

FRUITY TROPICAL HOPPY

March: Obsessed with Olicana. Produced from the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme, and commercially available form 2013, this is a modern English hop that we have a growing affection for here at QB.
Our smooth house pale base and a neutral yeast allows us to showcase the Olicana hops; giving flavours and aromas of floral, mango and passionfruit.

Limited edition pale using Cascade, Centennial and Comet hops.

Crackendale explodes with a fantastic tropical fruit aroma, giving way to guava and ripe citrus which burst through on the palate with a beautiful bitter and sweet balance.

Single Hop American Pale Ale, brewed with large quantities of Sabro hops.

We’ve managed to import USA Fresh Frozen Hop Cones. Citra & Mosaic straight from Yakima Valley for today’s Brew! Picked and Frozen Within Hours of Harvest… Delivered from Washington State?? straight to ????Aberdare!

January: Obsessed with Sorachi Ace. Originating in Japan but now grown commercially in the US since 2006, it’s a hop created by crossing Brewers Gold with Saaz and the progeny crossed with Beikei No2, with the goal of achieving high alpha and noble characteristics. We’ve yet to use this hop at QB, but we are excited to kick off our 2022 series with this special hop.

Consider Moral Panic the smaller, lower ABV but no less tasty little brother of our go to NEIPA ‘Space Hopper’. Still packed with a heap of Cryo Citra hops to give that classic tropical, zesty punch whilst lowering the ABV to bring the output to session-able levels.
